All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. For all orders, please ensure you have the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong location provided to us by the customer. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars.

Q: What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed chronologically as they are received. Orders may take 2-4 weeks until arrival. 

Q: Will I recieve a tracking number?
You will not recieve your tracking number until your order has shipped. The tracking information will be sent in a separate email. (Please check your spam folder).

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled, so please make sure everything is correct and accurate before checking out.
